Keeping up with the best practices and industry trends is my jam. Plus, I'm genuinely tuned into the passion people pour into their work. It's crucial to me that this energy isn't bogged down by tech, but instead amplified.

I’ve always been one of those people who just fell into tech. It started back at school, where I’d spend free periods helping the IT team roll out Microsoft 365. I still remember making ridiculous posters to get the sixth form excited — no idea if they worked, but it was fun. That turned into a role as an IT technician, which basically meant I got paid to mess around with tech and help people out. Not bad for a first job.

Fast forward a few years, and I made the jump into consultancy with a company called Hable. Working with all sorts of customers — some buzzing for change, others… slightly terrified — taught me a lot about people, tech, and what it takes to make transformation stick. The small team vibe meant I got to do a bit of everything, which suited me perfectly. By the time I left, I was a Senior Technical Consultant focused on SharePoint, automation, and increasingly… AI.

AI has been a bit of a rabbit hole for me. I started playing with ChatGPT when it first dropped, and that spiralled into building proper solutions using Copilot Studio and Relevance AI. Now I’m an AI Solutions Consultant at CPS — helping organisations turn the hype into actual value. It’s a fascinating space, and I’m loving where it’s heading.

Once I hit 'log off', you'll find me getting rained on in the great outdoors, be it trekking amidst nature, climbing mountains, or chilling on a video game with friends. And while I may wear the hat of a DofE instructor, let's be real—it's just my crafty ruse to soak up more of the great outdoors!
